ZillowVERIFIEDWendy was overall very nice and made the rental process easy! Working with me gave me the ability to move in very quickly. She communicated honestly with what to expect. I would highly recommend her and will definitely have her help again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy was amazing! The sale of our house was complicated and she handled everything with grace and patience. She was always available by text, email or phone. She even worked with us when we rented an apartment, by advising us on area and tenant rights. We look forward to working with her when we are ready to buy again.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy went far above and beyond to suite my needs as a home buyer and seller. I have been working with her for three years now and couldn't be happier. I can contact her anytime with a question and she goes out of her way to get an answer right back to me.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy did a great job in assisting during a very difficult sale. The seller was difficult and made what should have been a quick sale drag on for months. Since we lived several hours away, she went above and beyond in helping find contractors and coordinating items that had to be scheduled and followed up with. Would use her again without hesitation, and would recommend her for anyone looking for home in this area of Massachusetts.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy is very easy to work with, and very helpful during our recent home purchase. I found it very handy to reach her by her cell phone, and she has a lot of legal expertise with all areas of real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have had a better realtor. Wendy was with us for many months of negotiations with a very difficult seller. She went above and beyond many times. You will be in very good hands with Wendy!
