Where do I begin with my praises for one of hardest working, compassionate and professional realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Kristen Ruggiero absolutely, 100%, couldn't have done anymore for us in the sale of our home. With the market being as crazy as it is, houses are selling very easily. However, this sale was a little more complex. From the detailed listing of the property, the incredible pictures and the timely response to any question I had, Kristen was always there. It felt as almost I was the only client she was working with. She always gave me that feeling of reassurance that everything would work out and it did. We listed on a Wednesday, had an open house on a Friday (she brought in 27 groups of people) and we accepted an offer well over asking on that Sunday. 4 days! I must say Kristen does her job to a T. Her assistant Helen was also very helpful in relaying emails and documents but Kristen was never more than a phone call away. Please, if you are interested in selling or buying I ask that you put your faith in Kristen Ruggiero like I did. She will work for you and you will not be disappointed.
