We recently moved to Florida and bought a home in North Port. I interviewed several agents before choosing Lee-Ann, and from the moment we met her, we liked her. Lee-Ann really got to know us and what mattered to us. There was never pressure, and she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the area. She offered smart advice about the area and the buying process we never would have known to ask about on our own. On top of that, she gave us recommendations for coffee shops, restaurants and gyms, etc, -- the things that mattered to us. She was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. When we ran into a few snags with the contract and inspections, she helped us navigate them with calm, practical advice and always kept us informed. On top of all that, Lee-Ann is genuinely warm and easy to be around. By the end, she felt more like a friend than simply our agent. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying a home in North Port or the surrounding area!

I was both a buyer and a seller with Lee-Ann. I simply cannot praise her enough. She was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. No matter what I asked she was exceedingly patient. She appears to really know her business and made me feel confident in any and all transactions. Her response time to emails, calls and whatnot were super fast, she never left me hanging. Equally important is that she is very, very personable. She is someone I hope to keep in touch with her even though our business is done. I just love her!

She was extremely flexible with her schedule. She was extremely attentive to my likes and dislikes. Constantly kept me up to date with all new houses on the market. She pointed me in the direction of an amazing Mortgage company. Stephanie at Coast to Coast Mortgage lending was beyond helpful. They both made the whole process very easy to handle. I was never overwhelmed. Everything was explained very thoroughly.

Wish I could give 10 stars for LeeAnn! We moved from out of state to the SWFL area and when we were considering a realtor, we were looking for someone who was from the area we picked, was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the growth and prosperity of our community. LeeAnn fit the bill in every way! She was very responsive to all of our calls, texts, and questions throughout the months long process before we even met! LeeAnn listened to what we were looking for, provided wonderful feedback and direction and helped us get into our dream home. Not only did she play a major role in the searching and contracting but she was extremely helpful during the lead up to closing. Recommendations for estimates, repairs, upgrades etc - LeeAnn had a reputable contact for all of it. I really cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with LeeAnn and find our perfect home.
