She put up with a lot from us changing our minds, but she didn't give up. She was always there to answer any questions we may have had. She had a couple finance people we could choose from too. Made out of state buying much easier. Would recommend her if you are buying a home in Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Ms. Anderson began well but quickly spiraled out of control.For starters, we learned that the listing agent, seller and my agent were all good friends, which would be fine if my agent hadn't made her intent clear that she was more interested in representing the seller than her own clients. She unprofessionally stated on numerous accounts during the inspection that they were not to report any negative findings because the seller won't do any repairs because she has "spent enough." Furthermore, she seemed more interested in our water inspector to visit her home to fix her water than to address our best interests at the property that he was already at. At the final walk through, the listing agent was the one that walked us through and seemed more interested in selling us a house literally 300 miles away than addressing concerns on the property at hand. At closing, we were not represented by Ms. Anderson, nor our finance officer. The title agent even made a comment that it was odd that we appeared alone and without representation.Where the realtor was able to get us into a home that is pretty on the surface, it has required a great deal of money since the day of closing. On moving day, it was evident that the central A/C unit had gone out so I called a repairman who stated that it was very clear that repairs had been made "very recently" in an effort to make it limp along. I strongly believe that there was a great deal of "fudging" on the disclosure report which in the end cost me an additional $7,000 in remedial repairs and the replacement of the unit. When questioned, Ms. Anderson simply stated that she would take care of it and I had not heard from her until a year afterward where I was asked to review my business with her.
