ZillowVERIFIED I utilized the Keller Team based on their reviews on both Zillow and Trulia. I was in the dark and had a week after flying down to find our dream home. I was looking for someone who knew the area and the current Real Estate market. They were very knowledgeable of the localities concerning taxes, fees, crime, schools, utilities and recreation. After letting them know what I was interested in, they emailed me properties that were based on my needs. I contacted them 2 weeks prior to my travels. I was informed on a daily basis of available properties. Contact was made with them upon my arrival and a schedule was set. The team knew the pros and cons of the properties I picked out so I could make and educated decision. Upon picking out the property, I relied on them to inform me on making a good offer on the property I had selected. I made the offer which was much below the asking price, the offer was countered by only slight increase. This was a substantial savings and I could have overpaid. Like I said they knew the current market trend. After the offer was accepted, the Keller team knew who to go to for insurance inspections and financing if I needed it. They followed by purchase up to and after closing. Even 2 weeks after closing, I was not in the area and he checked my mail for important documents. I am glad I utilized them for this real estate

After I met Lora and had an indepth conversation I recognized that she was the agent that we needed to use to sell our property. Lora was able to correctly guide us on the asking price and marketing of our home. She advised us and recommended qualified craftsman for all the needed repairs prior to listing. With her help we were able to our sell our house quickly just slightly below the original asking price. Told me to work with agent I already had as they deserve commission. Nobodys going to earn a commission the buyer cant get the service they need! Apparently sides with unknown agents versus customers who want to buy homes. The star rating above is accurate in that I wouldnt recommend this agent but the different skill set rating, the review wouldnt let those be blank. Didnt receive service, so cant accurately rate those.
