Shelley was great to me. I chose her as my agent because she was the only agent that sent me a list of homes that was accurate based on what I told her I wanted. She was extremely patient with me and had no issues when I decided to stop searching for a while and start up again later. It took quite some time to find the right place, but I never felt like she pressured me into something I did not want. She also knew the neighborhoods quite well and would often tell me that a home I was looking at was not in the right place for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next home!Also, I feel I should add that the person she recommends for inspections is great. He saved me from a lemon earlier on in the process. The mortgage company she connected me with was able to to do the closing very quickly and their interest rates were where I expected them to be based on my online research.
