Speaking as an out of state executor, I can't imagine having a better realtor. Billy McCoy was just perfect guiding all of us heirs -- all out of state -- through the entire process of selling our late uncle's former home. He knew everything we needed to do, knew the market, got back to us promptly each and every time there were any questions -- itself a testament to his patience and persistence on top of everything else mentioned here! He also gave us important advice, suggestions, and feedback at key points and over time -- something we all very much appreciated. His communication and negotiation skills were fantastic. Everyone, me included of course, was totally pleased and quite impressed with how he handled the sale of our uncle's house. We couldn't possibly have had a better realtor.

Billy was very professional and responsive to all our needs when we were searching for our home. Billy went out of his way to meet our requests including putting the truck in four wheel drive to make it up a washed out road. At the end of that very same road was a beautiful home listed a very good price that was right in our range. It was perfect, exactly what we were looking for, and with out the extra effort we would not have found it. I am sure that we were able to have first dibs at the purchase of the home due to Billy putting forth the extra effort. I am now writing this review from the living room of that very home. I personally recommended Billy today to a client of mine who is looking for a home in the area. Outstanding knowledge, effort and expertise. But most of all outstanding effort through out the entire process which means and meant more than anything else.
