We found a listing we liked on the internet and called a realtor near the town in which the home was located. That's how we met Jessica Pooley. From the very beginning it was obvious Jessica was a true professional. She carefully gave us a description of the house over the phone and we agreed to meet approximately three weeks later as we were coming from California. When we arrived at the home she took her time showing us the house. She answered every question we asked with great patience and knowledge. We decided to make an offer and after some back-and-forth Jessica was able to negotiate a mutually satisfactory agreement. We were very impressed with her negotiating skills.Jessica communicated with us regularly. She took care of everything from the home inspection, appraisal, water and septic inspections to finding us closing agents, insurance agents and even painters. Jessica made all the contacts with the banks and advised us on the different requirements that the sellers would have to, and did meet. Jessica did all of this with great patience, care and a true desire to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything that was happening. Her main concern was our happiness.We have owned about 14 different real estate plots, nearly all in California, and have had to deal with many real estate brokers. And without a doubt Jessica was more efficient, professional and better informed than any of them. Jessica made the purchase of this home easy and stress-free.
