From day 1, which was my wife and I stumbling to open house after open house, we realized we couldn't do it alone. Luckily, one of these open houses happened to be one of Mr. Lerche's listings. My wife and I walked up to the front door and were greeted with a great smile and an excellent realtor who opened the door for us to walk in, not only to the open house, but to his life. Although our process had speed bumps and hitches thrown in, Jonathan was always there to lend a helping hand, undeniably large intellect data base, and his personal time. He found us a beautiful home in a great area for the price we were looking for. He has not only been a terrific realtor and liaison for RE MAX but has become a great friend in the process. He was there every step of the way with guidance and options, along with expertise and advice. My wife and I would never have been able to do the house buying process without a buyers agent and we definitely hit a home run when found Jonathan.

I believe people are brought together for a reason in life, and that goes for meeting Jonathan Lerche for my husband and I a few months ago. My husband and I had been "wish-list" browsing houses so to speak so that we could move out of our ever shrinking 3 bedroom apartment with two growing, active kids, who need room to run and play! When I marked a house as a favorite, within half an hour Mr. Lerche had contacted us and spent close to 45 minutes on the phone learning about our history and what we were looking for without rushing our story along.We had made an appointment to meet with him, but unfortunately, due to life circumstances, and some disappointing news at that time, we were unable to meet with him in person, but kept contact via email and phone. After receiving the news, we were suggested to start looking for another apartment to rent and was advised to continue working with Mr. Lerche to help aid in that search as well. Unfortunately, due to some health issues on my end, we decided, for the time being, to stay in our apartment until we could actually apply for a mortage.Despite us not officially meeting in person, Mr. Lerche was a kind and wonderful agent to work with. Very down to earth, very caring and understanding and very helpful in listening to our needs and wants without pushing us into something we didn't want/need or something that would have been way over our heads at the time.We hope to resume our house hunting in a few months time and we definitley look forward to working with Mr. Lerche to do so, as he has the personality that you feel as if you've just met up with an old friend! I would highly recommend Jonathan Lerche as a great agent to work with, and even though we have not yet purchased a house and can not comment on the process or negotiation, his knowledge of the area and people to talk to, but mostly his kind, caring and respectful views and wishes for a future home are superb! Looking forward to working with him in the near future!
