We found Steve through a referral of another friend who is also a Sacramento realtor. Im so glad she referred us to Steve. Steve was very flexible with his time when it came to showing us houses. One day, I think we even had like 7 - 10 houses on the list. I also liked that Steve was available practically 24/7 to answer any questions we had. Being first time homebuyers we had many questions and Steve was always there to answer our questions and give us a prompt response. Steve is very practical and realistic in his approach to buying homes and we appreciated that. What we thought would take us several months to maybe a year in purchasing our first home, took us a weekend and one offer! Steve was able to close a deal for us on the first house we put an offer on and beat out five other offers! We ran into some minor hiccups during closing, but Steve was able to resolve all of our issues. We are now in our first home, and couldnt be more happier with our purchase. Overall, we had a great experience with Steve and would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy/sell!
