My husband and I began looking at houses in PSL area years before our move. We flew to Florida and met with Jennifer about once a year to look at houses so we could get a feel for the different neighborhoods in the area. Throughout those few years, Jennifer would call us and email us houses that met our criteria so we could continue to research our possibilities. When it came time for us to make the move from New York to Port St. Lucie, Jennifer made the process of purchasing a home seamless. Never at any moment did we feel that Jennifer was pressuring us. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and focused on showing you the right places, even if you are still narrowing down what you are looking for. When you work with Jennifer you feel like you are are her only client. When she is showing you homes she is completely focused on you as the buyer and points out the important aspects of each home you look at. We worked with her in person for two days. We looked at a couple of places initially and discussed what we liked and disliked. After that, we only saw homes that were exactly what we were looking for. Jennifer quickly helped us define exactly what we wanted in a new home. At the end of the second day we put an offer in on two places, one of which was accepted, and we are now the owners of! ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Eggeling provided us with Good Old Fashioned Customer Service. She has a strong work ethic and really went the extra mile to make sure our needs/wants were met. I came in from out of state and only had one day to select a home. Since Jennifer has lived in the area for several years and because she is part of a family run Real Estate business she knows the area and market very well! As a result, she and her team did an excellent job scheduling appointments which allowed me the opportunity to see (I believe) over 20 homes in that one day. She had also spent time before my arrival to make sure I had all the county statistics and additional information I had requested in front of me as I considered each listing. My husband was working while Jennifer escorted me through through the initial showings. Once he was available she met up with us the same evening to take us both back through the four homes I thought best met our needs/wants. We made a decision that evening and Jennifer wrote up our offer. Jennifer's service did not stop there. Since we were crunched for time we also needed a lender that could close quickly. Jennifer was also able to provide us with the names of lenders who offered acceptable terms and quick service. In addition to that, Jennifer has continued to provide us with the names of reliable service contractors. This ongoing assistance means a lot to us since we moved from out of state and would not know who we could trust without the references she provides. We truly appreciate the additional assistance she provides us even after the sale! It has really helped us get settled. When the time comes to list our home, we will definitely give Jennifer a call. We highly recommend her!
