After reviewing comps and inspection reports, Robin worked with me to put up a competitive offer that was in my best interest, not just a high offer that was sure to work out. After some back and forth, we were able to get a counter offer accepted that came in right at the appraisal value of the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin is by far the best real estate agent Ive worked with in this area. She helped me with the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home. Although the home I was purchasing was an as is sale, she negotiated to have the seller pay for an expensive repair. She also had the expertise to set the home I was selling at the right price. I initially wanted to set the price higher, but Robin candidly asked me: Do you want to sell it, or do you want it to sit there? Excellent point! I could not afford to have it just sit there. I took Robins advice and the house sold very quickly for a great price. Robin always kept me fully informed throughout the buying and selling process. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. She was also very well connected. My old house needed new carpet, paint and a full cleaning before putting it on the market. Robin helped me with all of those arrangements. Beyond all of her expertise and negotiating skills, it was a pleasure to work with Robin. She is efficient, cheerful and truthful. I would not go to anyone else!
