We are so glad we chose Timo to be our realtor! Navigating the home buying market in a new community can be a challenge, but navigating the market during the unprecedented topsy turvy COVID times, can be daunting. Inventory was very low due to COVID, but Timo was extremely patient, never pressuring us into buying a property that wasnt just right. He showed us several properties. Even though they may not have all been exactly what we were looking for initially, the property visits helped us re-evaluate and formulate what was really important to us in a new home. We are now closing on a beautiful home and the process could not have gone more smoothly.
