My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing, and I would not personally choose to work with her. In my opinion, she presents herself as though she personally drives the entire process, even though she appears to operate with a large team of agents and support staff. That may work for some sellers, but from my perspective it makes the service feel more like a high-volume operation than a personally attentive real estate practice. I have also observed multiple listings that, in my opinion, appeared significantly overpriced and then sat on the market until substantial price reductions were made. In one instance, a property was taken off the market and then relisted at approximately $500,000 less. Even after that reduction, I still believed the property was overpriced based on my own review of the market. My biggest concern is the way she has handled buyer interest at prices below her asking price. When I expressed interest at what I believed was a more realistic price, her responses felt defensive, dismissive, and personally offended rather than professional. Instead of simply asking for the offer to be submitted and allowing the seller to evaluate it, she characterized the interest as aEURoelowballing.aEUR? When asked to support the listing price with comparable sales, she did not provide any meaningful comparable evidence. Most recently, after I reached out to see whether a potential offer could work, her immediate response was to ask who my Realtor was. When I told her, she replied, aEURoeHow come shes not doing her job?aEUR? I found that response rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. In my opinion, a listing agent should not treat a buyers pricing opinion as a personal insult, nor should she appear to shut down buyer interest before the seller has had a fair opportunity to consider it. To be clear, this review is based on my personal experience and opinions. I am not claiming to know what discussions occurred privately between the agent and her seller. However, as a prospective buyer, I was left with the impression that she was more focused on defending her list price and protecting her ego than encouraging a serious negotiation. Based on my experience, I would caution buyers and sellers to ask direct questions, request actual comparable sales data, and make sure all offers and buyer interest are being handled professionally and transparently.

Jay has shown my wife and I the meaning and definition of a true professional. He worked with us for almost two and a half years during our visits back and forth between the island of Kauai and Anacortes, Washington. We could not have asked for a better broker than Ashley when buying our dream home in our dream location. She really listened and supported us as we figured out what we needed for our little family and where we needed to be. She has the best, most positive attitude ever, was always super responsive and proactive about checking in and getting back to us, even while out of town! When we finally found the home we loved two other offers were already in, but with Ashleys thoughtful and shrewd negotiating techniques, we were able to secure the offer and are now happily living in that home. I also have to mention that my kids absolutely love her and my youngest keeps asking when he will have another aEURoeplay dateaEUR?with Ashley. Which if you know what home buying with kids is like you know what a win this is. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs the BEST agent.

We chose to work with Shane Servoss and later Rebecca Pozuelos because we needed experienced local professionals to guide us through a time-sensitive home sale. Unfortunately, the process moved much more slowly than expected. It took over a month before serious efforts were made to get the property listed, despite our clearly communicating the need to move quickly. Communication and follow-through lacked the urgency our situation required, and we often felt the sale of our home was not being treated as a priority. Based on our experience, we would have appreciated a more proactive approach, clearer updates, and much faster action throughout the listing process.

Maria is the best of the best! She made selling one home and buying another within a short timeline possible - she made it happen! She was always available, authentic and caring, and clearly knew what she was doing. She stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond. Her passion for her work is evident. We felt supported the whole way and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
