All good! A good friend recommended Cristie. Our friend trusted Cristie, her character, energy, and attention to detail. Her energy and attention to detail qualities were evident on first meeting, a kitchen table style meeting and walk around our place over 2-3 hours. Her character surfaced early on and was affirmed throughout and to the end of closing. Cristie completed any necessary paperwork, always consulting us along the way by sending us copies via email or text, and using docu-sign to achieve any task that required our signatures. Cristie is a good communicator, calling, texting, or emailing whenever warranted. Her communications skills were defined by asking questions, answering our many questions, and advising us on issues while not telling us what to do and when to do it. In a slow market, a higher-than-average priced home with acreage and several outbuildings, and with no other property to compare ours with, Cristie suggested we list as having a place ready for a family to experience a life style change, rather than just a home. She coordinated the photo shoot that would include ariel views and did a fun write-up. We moved to the east coast before the house went on the market. As an older couple, we needed help with the final cleaning up and a couple of small touch-up jobs. With our permission, Cristie brought in the appropriate people and the work got done as promised. We paid those bills as part of our closing, a very reasonable bill and one we were happy to pay. Cristie is an involved realtor. If she says she'll sell your home, she will. This was the first house we'd sold, and getting the facts of the matter straight from the beginning helped tremendously. Cristie and her team are incredibly responsive, and for most of the process I was measuring response times to texts and emails in minutes, sometimes hours, but never days. Even when there wasn't an answer to the question right away, something always came back almost immediately that someone was working on an answer. Most of the terminology went of our heads, and I appreciated Cristie's preference for stating things as briefly as possible first, and filling in where we asked her to. I had my consultation with her in January to sell my house and COVID-19 hit and she was extremely flexible with my situation (military). We met back up in April and she proposed a 360 virtual tour, which she did herself. Her 360 tour and wonderful pictures got my house under contract within 24 hours. During the whole process she was very responsive in every question I had, and kept me up to date on every set with the. If I could pack her up and make her my realtor in VA I wouldnt hesitate. You dont find many people like her anymore. If you want to sell or buy she is the best fit for you I promise.
