I had been looking for a home that would feel like aEURoemy homeaEUR? for over a year. Nothing I was shown was within my budget because although I could purchase the home, the repairs and location were unacceptable. I eventually saw two places and they were being listed by Marija. I contacted her to see those properties although I knew in my heart it wasnt aEURoemeaEUR?. The day before we were to visit those I found another one that I KNEW I had to see. I called her and told her I wanted to see that property as I didnt want to waste her time on the other two. She cheerfully agreed and I met her at the property. I knew right away that she was conscientious of my time and when I met her in person she was extremely personable, professional and honest! As soon as I walked thru the door it felt like aEURoehomeaEUR?. Marija knew my budget and helped me place an offer I knew I could handle without becoming aEURoeHouse pooraEUR?. (I was a homeowner before I was not involved in the process.) She answered every question and concern I had. She was honest in her aEURoeinspectionaEUR? of home and was with me during the inspection. I was unable to be present during the termite and sewer inspection and she was there for both and was completely honest in her assessment. She helped me thru the lender and escrow process as I also was naive about those processes. I am now the VERY PROUD OWNER of the Beach Bungalow I have always dreamed of having!!! Thank you, Marija!
