In the beginning Stephanie was very helpful and prepared. She did well selling my home. When it came to buy a house which she was also involved in she had no availability and the homes I was looking were selling fast. She needed to know a week ahead of time to schedule appointments for me to see home. Took it upon myself to contact the realtor on a home I wanted. Bought the home. After that Stephanie wasn't as friendly.

My husband inherited a very small house from his brother and Stephanie stepped forward to sell it for us. She was very personable and kept us informed on what was happening with the sale, she was able to sell it for a lot more than we anticipated. We would have never been able to sell it so fast or for as much money as she was able to get. If we ever decide to sell property again she would be our choice as a realtor.

Tammy absolutely exceeded my expectations from the beginning. Knowing that selling my home was going to be stressful, I researched and interviewed with a few agents, without a doubt Tammy was the Rock Star. From the very beginning she explained the process and answered all my questions, available at all times and extremely quick to respond. As we got closer to the closing, her experience, expertise and patience truly came too light. Picking Tammy was the best decision Ive made in years! Thank you Tammy, for making this a pleasant and much less stressful experience for me!

12 Days from Listing to Closing! OMG!! Tammy did an excellent job consulting with us prior to listing our home, making certain to answer any and all questions. She was courteous, professional, and listened intently to our needs. We agreed on a plan of action and Tammy promptly put that plan into action. We scheduled five showings on the first day that the listing went live and wound up accepting one of the offers presented that very day. We could not be more excited!

Tammy was absolutely wonderful to work with! I am someone who asks a million questions and I double check every little thing. She was incredibly responsive, helped me throughout my entire 1+ year process of finding the perfect house, and made sure everything and everyone was on time for an early closing!! Loving my new home and I couldnt have gotten it without Tammy!!
