ZillowVERIFIED Tammy absolutely exceeded my expectations from the beginning. Knowing that selling my home was going to be stressful, I researched and interviewed with a few agents, without a doubt Tammy was the Rock Star. From the very beginning she explained the process and answered all my questions, available at all times and extremely quick to respond. As we got closer to the closing, her experience, expertise and patience truly came too light. Picking Tammy was the best decision Ive made in years! Thank you Tammy, for making this a pleasant and much less stressful experience for me!

ZillowVERIFIED 12 Days from Listing to Closing! OMG!! Tammy did an excellent job consulting with us prior to listing our home, making certain to answer any and all questions. She was courteous, professional, and listened intently to our needs. We agreed on a plan of action and Tammy promptly put that plan into action. We scheduled five showings on the first day that the listing went live and wound up accepting one of the offers presented that very day. We could not be more excited!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Lord came to us by recommendation through friends whom had recently sold in our neighborhood. While undertaking the sad burden of selling an estate and the pressure of looming foreclosure, she was our lifeline! Tammy worked to keep the communication lines open and informed between us, Guardian Mortgage and our attorney. Selling a home in this manic market with interest rates rising rapidly is scary, our situation hinged on our buyer also selling, therefore the collaboration of Tammy working along with the buyer's realtor was excellent. Tammy is a professional realtor yet very approachable and we feel we made a friend. We would definitely recommend her knowledge and skills.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is such an amazing person. I could tell it was really important to her that we found a house that we were happy with. She always made sure that we understood the process, and that we were sure of what ever choices we were making during the process and that we were happy. She was always available when we had questions- which were a lot lol and got back with us very quickly. We felt comfortable and knew we could trust her, especially since this was our first time home buying and we didnt know much about it. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again in the future, I will absolutely without a doubt contact Tammy and would refer her to anyone I knew that was looking for a home. She is seriously such an amazing person.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was an amazing real estate agent. I loved having her on my side during this entire process. I truly couldn?t have done it without her. She helped us find our first home after showing us so many, we lost count and lost hope that we would ever find it. She was so informative and knowledgeable through the whole process. And never made me feel like my questions were stupid or unimportant. While I?m sure she has many clients she always made us feel like the most special and important. I will continue referring her and if I am ever in the market again, she is who I will be using.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy did a fantastic job at getting my house sold quickly and getting me the asking price. I am thrilled! Initially I was working with an agent that kept blowing me off and was stalling putting my house on the market. I got ahold of Tammy and she had my house listed within twenty-four hours and an offer pending within forty-eight hours. I?m so glad I got to work with her and I will definitely be calling her when I am ready to start looking for a new house.

She had very good knowledge of the local housing market and was able to provide insight into things we didn?t even take into consideration. As first time home buyers, we knew we were in great hands having Tammy as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED When buying a home communication is key, and Tammy did an amazing job of keeping us up to date throughout the process. Buying a home that was in the construction process, but from someone other than the builder, made this a unique and sometimes challenging process. She was always able to get answers to our questions no matter who she had to go to find them. But most importantly, we had a timeline that she did a great job of maintaining, and it wasnt easy. She was absolutely our advocate from day one, and that was a great feeling!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Lord was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to work with. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable as a realtor. She gave solid feedback and answered all of my questions. She was easy to get in touch with and very timely with her responses to texts. She was great at quelling my anxieties as a first time homebuyer. She even signed up to work with a program I found for educators called, so she could help me and other educators with achieving homeownership. I really would?ve given her a 4.999 if I could?ve, because I did have one critique; a few things could have been better explained regarding the final process. As a first time homebuyer, there were things I didn?t know to ask about the process. Ultimately, I am VERY SATISFIED and overall things went quite smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped us for over 9 months with representing the builder (seller) and representing me and my husband (buyer). She was easy to reach via phone/texts and very meticulous about her notes regarding all of our requests with the builder. I am very happy Tammy was there to help us with the entire process since it became hard at times due to COVID-19 and this being our first time purchasing our first home in Michigan. I would highly recommend Tammy.

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further for a realtor, you?ve found a true gem!! Tammy cares so deeply for her clients and took great care to get to know me and my personal goals in purchasing a new home as a first time, single buyer. She was attentive to my scheduling needs for showings and was always available at all hours to address my concerns and reassure me. She was kind, but assertive in helping me get into showings or even draw up competitive offers late at night. She went above in beyond in any and all communication to sellers/selling agents on my behalf, and gave me supreme confidence I could trust her with this major life decision. Overall, she was knowledgeable about just about anything related to this process and always kept me positive. I never doubted I made the right choice working with Tammy, who my brother loved so much he had referred her my way. I plan to do the same and would refer any of my family/friends to Tammy for either buying or selling! Grand Blanc and the surround communities are so lucky to have Tammy in the market :)
