He was able to work with us to present a clean offer and we won a multiple offer situation without having to overpay due to his reputation in the area and some creativity to make our offer more attractive despite asking for seller credits and using a non-conventional loan.

Through all the issues that plagued it, with burst pipes and meeting me there late at night to assess the damage to getting through the repairs the seller did and it coming back on the market after. To selling our other home at the same time was AMAZING. Will use again for next home purchase. Would HIGHLY recommend Chris if you are looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED My family wanted very badly to get out of a declining neighborhood, along with unsafe drinking water putting our children at risk. Chris stuck with us through a very long and difficult short sale after multiple other realtors let us down. He 100% treated us like a professional, and like he valued us and cared about our situation regardless of how much effort he had to put in to get this deal closed. Finding interested buyers was never a problem. Every time we went on the market Chris had tons of showings coming to look at the house and we would have a signed offer in about a week. A stark contrast to the last realtor we used - we would go weeks between someone requesting a showing. Part of the challenge being that we went through multiple mortgage companies (our loan was transferred to another company in the middle of an approved deal), several buyers with signed offers that fell through due to the mortgage co taking too long, the loan transfer, or the mortgage co making additional demands. Even when emotions were high and I wasn't the most pleasant person to speak with he never once avoided my calls or texts, and he was calm and always took time to explain what our plan of action was at every hurdle. We are very blessed to have met you and I can't thank you enough.
