We recently teamed up with Cameron Scott to help us find our new home in Fort Lauderdale. Knowing that the process of finding a house is stressful alone, add to that that we were relocating from New England to Florida and had a minimal knowledge of the area including not knowing much of the architecture and history of homes, the diversity of neighborhoods, common concerns and challenges as well as navigating the roads and highways, and finding any decent places to grab a relaxing lunch and glass of wine. We knew we struck gold meeting and teaming up with Cameron as she brought encyclopedic knowledge of the area and homes built over many years working with her family flipping houses before starting her successful career as a realtor. We trusted Cameron completely during the process to steer us towards our home purchase. She took the time to assess what our needs were and establish a relationship so that she could listen first to what we were looking for and then show us homes that check the boxes as well as introduced us to neighborhoods that had options we wouldn't normally have considered. Keep in mind we had to do most of this remotely, making trips to Florida twice a month to cram in showings the weekends. Her energy and enthusiasm were relentless. She helped us narrow our choices down by making us aware of potential concerns that we should have considered before purchasing a home. There were so many things she thought about that we would never have considered. For that we are forever grateful as we felt very confident she was helping us make the best decision for our family. If you choose to go with Cameron Scott you will have brought on board not only a trusted realtor but someone who will go out of their way to make sure that you find the perfect home in the right neighborhood at the right price and who will stay with you through the entire process even after the sale to make sure you are 100% satisfied. She will look over that house with an attention to details beyond what you would expect. If something doesn't look right, or presents a potential future problem, she will not hesitate to point it out and work with the seller to remedy any problems. We most appreciated Cameron's honesty and positivity through the entire process. We would enthusiastically work with her again on listing a home or buying another property.
