ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience working with Ginelle was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I have sold a home and bought a home with her. She is so great at what she does. Her professionalism, communication skills, knowledge and responsiveness are top notch. She is always on top of her game and willing to do whatever she can to make the process a smooth and successful one. I would recommend her to anyone for any home sale or buying needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDThank you Ginelle! Worked with Ginelle earlier this year to purchase a condo in Miami Beach. I have to say that this was the most challenging purchase that I have ever made - and through all of it, GInelle was by my side helping me nagivate through the intricacies of the Miami Beach real estate market. From International Sellers to cancelled contracts to buildings without 40 or 50 year certifications, Ginelle was tireless in her support. When we finally landed on a property, Ginelle was an awesome intermediatery with a less than idea seller. Thank you Ginelle!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDGinelle, there are no words to describe how thankful we are that you helped and guided us throughout this process! Key word ?process?, as this was about 3 years of advice and then months of looking for the perfect place. Despite this crazy market, you made this process so fun and momentous! Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and patience are unmatched. Me and Diego want to thank you so much for all you do! We are so excited that you helped us find our forever home!

ZillowVERIFIEDGinelle helped me sell my home and buy in a short timeline. We wanted to sell our Miami home and buy north (between Palm Beach and St Cloud) during the summer which I thought would be difficult because of COVID. Surprisingly Ginelle made both happen in a very reasonable time. We were settled by the time the new school year started for our daughter. Ginelle works with a great title company and lender which helped ease the process greatly. Her response time is great, she kept us updated daily and hustled to get our buyers closed in time to meet our closing?s deadline for our new home.
