ZillowVERIFIED Shelby Morgan was absolutely amazing. So good in fact that after he helped us buy our new house we asked him to help us sell our old house! He spent months helping us find and purchase our new house, he took lots of days showing us several different houses and condos. He answered hundreds of our questions. When we found the house we wanted he came thru and got it for an amazingly low offer price very quickly and on the first try! When you are going to buy or sell a home you need someone who has tons of experience and that is Shelby. He also sold our old house in less than 3 weeks and got us our full asking price! I can also tell you that Shelby always answers every time I call him even before and after normal working hours. He also arrived early every single time we were scheduled to meet up to view a house as well as at both closings, when we sold our house and when we purchased our new house. He always stayed on top of every single step and has tremendous experience working together with the mortgage lenders, title companies, other realtors, etc. Shelby went above and beyond helping us throughout the entire process of buying and selling our homes.
