Mary Jo did great for us. My husband and I, and our son, as well, have used her to purchase and sell a few properties. She is always quick to respond even if by text to say it was going to be a few minutes. Always kept us informed of everything happening explaining each process to us. She knew the area. And if there was something she didn't know she was upfront and honest with us about it and would research it calling or texting us with the information no matter the time (we no preferred that). Mary Jo was always on top of it for us. When we had doubts on our selling price she encouraged us to stick with it saying the price was perfect for what we had and our location. When we were buying it was no different, always getting us the the prices we wanted and she felt were perfect for the area. We highly recommend her for all of your home selling or home purchase needs. We have no doubts that she would work as hard for you and she did for us.

I needed to sell a home in Cadillac to settle an estate. I selected Mary Jo to sell the property. She was very accommodating, agreeing to meet when I was in town. She brought all necessary documents, and made it very easy to hire her. She hired a professional photographer who did a very nice job and made the house look great. The drone photos were dramatic and clearly showed how close to downtown and the lake the house was located. We listed the house on a Friday and almost immediately had several showings, a couple offering good reviews. A couple days later we received an offer, which eventually led to a sale. The closing went very smooth. All in all, a very nice (and painless) transaction. I would recommend Mary Jo without reservation.
