ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell a home in Cadillac to settle an estate. I selected Mary Jo to sell the property. She was very accommodating, agreeing to meet when I was in town. She brought all necessary documents, and made it very easy to hire her. She hired a professional photographer who did a very nice job and made the house look great. The drone photos were dramatic and clearly showed how close to downtown and the lake the house was located. We listed the house on a Friday and almost immediately had several showings, a couple offering good reviews. A couple days later we received an offer, which eventually led to a sale. The closing went very smooth. All in all, a very nice (and painless) transaction. I would recommend Mary Jo without reservation.

I highly recommend hiring Mary Jo to be your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Jo did great for us. My husband and I, and our son, as well, have used her to purchase and sell a few properties. She is always quick to respond even if by text to say it was going to be a few minutes. Always kept us informed of everything happening explaining each process to us. She knew the area. And if there was something she didn't know she was upfront and honest with us about it and would research it calling or texting us with the information no matter the time (we no preferred that). Mary Jo was always on top of it for us. When we had doubts on our selling price she encouraged us to stick with it saying the price was perfect for what we had and our location. When we were buying it was no different, always getting us the the prices we wanted and she felt were perfect for the area. We highly recommend her for all of your home selling or home purchase needs. We have no doubts that she would work as hard for you and she did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mary Jo was a pleasure this was the second time that I worked with her. She sold my parents house back in 2017. After working with one realtor for 3 months and only having 2 showings we hired Mary Jo and she sold the house within a month. My house sold in 6 days. She is knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. She's friendly, helpful on tips on getting the house setup to sell and returning calls, emails and text right away, also keeping you upto date on what is going on. I would recommend Mary Jo 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Jo went above and beyond to make sure my interests were protected in purchasing my family's new home. She ensured that all documents were correct, suggested and provided addendums in a timely manner, and even assisted in obtaining an escrow from the proceeds to ensure items that were not satisfied in the purchase agreement would be compensated for. Mary Jo is a top class realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Jo worked closely with me throughout the entire process. We had a few difficulties with the selling experience and Mary Jo stayed in touch with me throughout the entire time. Since I am a senior selling this property alone I was very grateful for her. Sometimes I needed help with all the details and she patiently assisted me. After relocating to another state, I appreciate even more how closely she worked with me. An excellent experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Jo did an absolutely fantastic job assisting us with selling our home. She also helped us when we originally purchased the home. She knew exactly what we needed to do, knew the appropriate pricing for the local market, and was able to answer all of our questions about the forms and how we should respond to various questions about the property. When you call her, she answers the phone! No waiting endlessly for a response to the voice mail. Her ethics are impeccable. It is wonderful to work with someone you can trust! That is why we called her when it was time to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Jo went above and beyond to help us find a home with a waterfront we wanted. She showed us lots and preexisting homes on numerous lakes around the Lower Peninsula in Michigan. At the beginning, we had no idea if we wanted a cottage, to build or to buy a house, but Mary Jo showed us all the options and walked us through all the steps to purchase a waterfront home.
