ZillowVERIFIEDMarianne was a pleasure to work with. She made sure to help us with every step in selling our house. She made sure that we got the best price for our home and made the transition seamless. She even made sure that we were able to find all of the documents needed for the sale. Any time we needed more information she was able to look it up or research depending on the situation. I would fully recommend her for our next sale. With this being my first ever sale, if I had any questions about what to do next she could provide information, wether it be when to turn off utilities or if we need to adjust our prices compared to market rates.

ZillowVERIFIED If the above traits are what's most important to you, you won't find a better realtor than Marianne Quist. I had not bought or sold a house in more than 40 years and was asked by a family member to try to sell a home owned by hoarders that was FILTHY. Not only did Marianne help me locate contractors to clear out, clean out and repair the home, she was there each and every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better advisor throughout the process. If you need to buy or sell a home or property, I highly recommend Marianne. Not using her is your biggest mistake!

ZillowVERIFIED We just bought our very first home and Marianne & her team were incredible! She made sure we understood everything and prioritized finding the best home for US. We were also out of town for most of this process, so her flexibility and great communication made things so much easier. If youre looking for someone personable that has your best interest in mind, Id recommend her every time!

ZillowVERIFIED Trying to buy a house from a different state is a difficult task, and was made more difficult by doing a sale-contingent offer, but Marianne helped make it easy! She worked around our schedule and was willing to cover a significant area for showings. She had great advice on the process, and provided some good services for us to reference after closing. Overall, I am very happy to have worked with Marianne! And should I have the need in the future, will definitely be reaching out to work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne and her team are absolutely amazing!! She actually helped my husband purchase the house that we just sold and has helped in buying and selling houses for several of our family members!! We made the mistake of trying to list the house ourselves but quickly realized that wasnt for us! Marianne hopped on to help us immediately and the house had an offer within days of listing it! We were able to sell quickly and didnt have to deal with any of the hassle. Marianne took everything on behind the scenes and made the process super quick and easy for us!! 10/10 would definitely recommend Marianne and her team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne did an AMAZING job for us from beginning to end! The home and property she sold for us was a unique property. She did such an outstanding job of researching properties in the area, taking photos and writing the narrative for the posting, that we had numerous showings immediately. We had a written offer much earlier than anticipated. Some unusual issues arose during the road to closing and Marianne patiently, professionally, and with great kindness to all involved, provided us with knowledge, advice and direction to resolve all issues. Marianne's knowledge in her field, outstanding character, professionalism, and warmth put her in a class above all other realtors we have used. Without hesitation, we would recommend Marianne Quist to anyone in need of her service!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Team Quist; Marianne and Darryl as your real estate agents. We searched for over a year to relocate to the Cadillac area. Being very particular customers, Marianne learned what we did and did not want and was always available to accommodate our scheduling needs. Throughout the entire process Marianne was very meticulous, generating our paperwork and noticing errors or important details in other paperwork. Marianne and Darryl would see things in homes we would have missed. Marianne was there every step of the way with our purchase and assisting with selling our property. Marianne not only helped us, she put the same amount of effort and professionalism with my mother and daughters real estate transactions in the past couple years.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne was great to work with, very personable and professional. She was recommended by a realtor downstate who had nothing but good things to say about Marianne! My property sold over the appraised value. The first day on the market I had multiple offers and a signed purchase agreement.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne was great to work with! We were moving from out of state so her willingness to help us remotely view homes and finalize a sale was extremely helpful. There were some unfortunate personal things out of her control that kept her from being able to complete some tasks herself but she was diligent in communicating those things to us and made sure one of her team members was there to assist when she was unavailable. Very thankful for her and her teams expertise. We are loving our new property!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Marianne briefly almost 18 years ago when I worked with one of her agents when purchasing a home. When I decided to put my lake house on the market this year, I had no qualms on who I wanted to list my home. Marianne left an impression with me all those years ago. She is professional, timely, down to earth and friendly, very knowledgeable and so patient/thorough when answering all my questions. Marianne was a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED From the start Marianne impressed us by showing up at our vacation home on a holiday weekend to meet with us and get the process of selling our property started. Marianne determined the value of our property precisely and we were under contract with new buyers within (2) weeks after signing an agreement. From the start of listing to the close of the sale , everything went smooth. We would definitely recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED I had one month to get my home cleaned out and listed for sale last October. I interviewed four realtors that I found on line for my area. Marianne was by far the best choice. She covers double the territory of everybody else. Her husband got the few minor repairs I needed done very quickly and very professionally (i.e. extremely high alpine ceiling needed new track lighting bulbs, my hallway needed painting, house needed cleaning, etc). She hired a drone to take arial pics of my house and 20 acres (I never realized how pretty my acreage and house were). I needed stuff done quickly before the snow flew and I had to flee south. I left everything in Mariannes capable hands to take care after I left. We did everything via email and texting. She responds quickly and looks out for your interests. If I had another home in the area to sell I would definitely call Marianne again. She will do right by you is all I got to say. My house sold the next day after being listed.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne went above and beyond in sellling a property of an indivual for whom I am conservator. Her knowledge of the process was impressive. She knew just what to do and what was required from the Court. She also knew the area well, and the people. She is compassionate and easy to work with. It was a difficult sale as the property had become neglected, and there were numerous family issues involved. She handled it all with knowledge, and grace. She even took care of details such as getting a door boarded when there had been a breaking in attempt. I so appreciate her work. I highly recommend Marianne for any type of sale!

ZillowVERIFIED I typically don't write reviews on an individual because I don't like to say anything negative about someone. But in the case of Marianne, I don't have to worry about that because she is simply amazing! I had just moved across the country and needed to find a home as soon as possible. She happily stepped up to the plate and proceeded to knock it out of the park! She was able to help me find the perfect home. Her knowledge of the area and the market are on point. She is helpful with suggestions while still leaving the decisions up to you. She is well respected in the community and seems to stay up to date and even lead with technology. All of which makes for an easier buying process for someone like myself who has limited free time. She is the type of realtor you want on your side as you navigate the sometimes tricky process of buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne just got me into my dream home. The home I purchased was a Fannie Mae, bank owned property, which was something I had no experience with. I had heard that dealing with Fannie Mae often made the already stressful experience of buying a home, exceedingly more difficult due to the rules and guidelines that seem to be ever changing. I however experienced none of that. Marianne has years of experience in that arena and a solid understanding of how it all works, so she was able to break it down and explain everything to me in terms I understood. She replaced my fears and intimidation with confidence and excitement, which is how buying a new home should be. Marianne navigated the entire process effortlessly and got me into my new home right on time. In my opinion, the most important characteristics of a realtor are integrity, professionalism, an extensive knowledge base and experience; Marianne exhibits all of that and more. I am so grateful to have had Marianne in my corner, going to bat for me, and bringing me home. I could not be more pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne assisted us with selling our home. She was quick to respond from our initial contact and throughout the entire process. We had been asking another agent to assist us for months with no response and Marianne got our home listed within a week of first contact and closing in less than 60 days. It helped that it is a sellers market, but if not for Marianne we could have missed a prime window. I highly recommend working with Marianne.
