Robbie Sifrit is a native of the area. He knows the area as well as any agent can. We trust him implicitly in our deal to sell our custom home of 20 years house in PGI. We had the house built so were more familiar with it than many sellers. When we met with several realtors to consider who to choose for listing, we thought Robbie was more interested in our house and its features than some others who were more sales oriented. The negotiation and sale process had its ups and downs once a suitable buyer was found. Robbie kept all of us on track as there were times when the deal could have fallen apart. As we understand it, the buyers are anxious to have the house so it is good the closing took place on date originally scheduled per the offer / sales agreement. As Robbie said during the final stages, "some things are never easy" but the goal was reached.
