Lani was my mother's realtor years ago, she has been around my family since I was little. She helped me buy my first house, and now has helped my wife and I sell her house as we combined homes. The entire process she has been there. Her connections to get projects done are top notch. Her time line superb. 8 days on the market and house was sold 21 days later. Listen to her suggestions, work together, and let lani do her thing! I cannot speak higher of this lovely woman. 10/10 would recommend.

Lani is the ultimate real estate agent. We knew she was the one the first time we met with her, and we never looked back. She had excellent advise on how to make improvements to our home prior to listing (including a list of trusted professional contractors) to get top dollar for our home. Once we agreed on the listing price, she got us on the market and the first showing produced a full price offer with the closing date we wanted. We had some hiccups along the way, but as a professional does, she helped walk us off the edge a few times and negotiated with the buyers agent to get us to the finish line!! My wife and I could not be happier with her service and especially he near immediate responsiveness. Not sure how other agents work, but you won't find a better friend/agent to sell your home!!! Lani was wonderful from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for my family. Lani is always so quick to respond and was excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process. We had a minor issue pop up on closing day, I called Lani and within 15 minutes she had someone at our home to check it out and get it resolved! Lani made us feel like her top priority at all times, and was so great to work with. Highly recommend!!!
