His parents had died 3 1/2 weeks apart so it was a very hard time as we prepared their home to sell. Kathy met with us to discuss our process to prepare the home for sale. She was there to answer any questions and assisted us in updating and refreshing the needs of the house. Once the house was ready Kathy and her crew took over to photograph and market the house and property. Once the house was ready for showing it only took 3 days for us to have 3 offers on the home. The home was closed within 3 to 4 weeks. We feel we definitely made the right decision to go with Own This Home Team.

Her knowledge of the home-buying process was extensive as was her knowledge of the housing development history of the areas we looked at. She was very easy to communicate with and I would probably say that the average response time for to the first text in a conversation would not exceed 15 minutes.
