ZillowVERIFIED The first reason you should go with Lani was she was the only realtor to not just call me but also email and text as well which was a lot easier for me and throughout the process she kept in constant contact. Second reason is how quick and easy the process was, once we showed the house we had offers come in almost constantly and she was able to break down every one quickly and show the difference in them so I could see which was better and though we had to list at a lower price than I wanted because the house was a little old and rough she ended up getting me $20k more than listing price so she is definitely her fee.
