I recently relocated to Huntsville and was recommended through a colleague to work with Mike Manosky. I have moved nine times through either the military or work and purchased four homes and sold three. BY FAR my experience working with Mike has been the best. Mikes knowledge of the Huntsville area is un-paralleled. His wisdom in educating a home buyer and discerning what their needs/desires are through intentional listening is what really sets him apart. He was educated on our relocation and transfer benefits and ensured there was not a situation where we left a benefit on the table or overextended our allowances. Mike could have shown us houses he or his agency had listed, but he was looking out for our best interests. He showed us houses we had an interest in or houses he identified that met our specifications always letting us come to our own conclusions without pressure. Mike was patient and actively participated in our home search/buying experience. From multiple inspections to closing, Mike was always there providing insight and ensuring the inspectors were doing what they were supposed to. I would gladly recommend Mike and work with him again. He is a great real estate agent, but even a better person.

Mike and his son Mark were amazing to work with.
