ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have used Karen on three different occasions. We bought our first home through her, sold it, and just purchased another. Karen is the most patient person and shes very easy to work with. She is a tenured agent with all the knowledge a buyer or seller could want for a seamless buying or selling experience. She was readily available to assist us when needed. We looked at house after house after house and she was eager to help us find the perfect home for our growing family. We will 100% continue to use Karen in the future for all of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Harrison was truly enjoyable to work with. Her professionalism and responsiveness could not have been better. This was exemplified by her willingness to take on the added burden of our complex relocation process that involved 2 companies. We had to leave the state before our house was sold so Karen had to make all the arrangements for the inspection and followed through with getting bids from subcontractors needed to correct a finding. She rigorously marketed our home holding 2 open houses in the first 3 weekends that it was on the market. Her market analysis was spot on. The sale of our house was closed in just 7 weeks after it was placed on the market. We absolutely recommend Karen Harrison.

She walked us through the entire process and when we had any questions or concerns she was always there to reassure us. What really sets her apart is how above and beyond she goes for her clients. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen sold our home in 19 days! She is extremely professional and made the entire process seamless from listing the house through closing. We moved a couple of weeks before the closing and Karen went above and beyond going to the house in our place when called upon. We have moved 7 times in the last 10 years and we consider her head and shoulders above the rest. We cannot recommend her enough! Sincerely, Mark and Stephanie Gresham

ZillowVERIFIED Not only is Karen a very proactive realtor, but also, she is a very genuine & wonderful person. She jumped right in from the beginning to advertise my home. While contract was pending, she went above and beyond to meet contractors at the house and also picked up supplies for the contractors. In every way possible, she was determined to help me sell my home. I would definitely refer any friend or family member to Karen Harrison!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was wonderful from beginning to end. She went out of her way to make sure we were informed every step of the way. I felt that we were a team with her in selling our house and not just her taking over. She allowed us to review the pictures and.summery of our house before it was put on line to make sure everything was correct and exactly as we wanted it. Once we had our offer she was great keeping us informed and on top of things till we closed. Weve bought and sold a lot of houses over the years and worked with many real estate agents, but she was by far the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is a realtor that goes above and beyond! She was fantastic working with us long distance to purchase a house in the area. She would go out of her way to research properties that might be of interest to us, to include touring the home, and taking additional pictures to send to us. Even after the closing she continued to assist us as we were still not in the area. Karen is a realtor that goes that extra mile for you. We highly recommend Karen Harrison! She is professional, very knowledgeable, and has excellent negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen gave us great advice as she led us through the process of listing our house for sale. Within three days of her posting the listing and photos on the web, we were signing a contract. Ten days later, we closed on the sale! We could not have asked for a more persistent and informed realtor who gave us unexpected personal attention. We recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED All through our listing process (from start to finish) Karen was the most professional. Knowledgeable, and "on top of things" realtor we had the pleasure of working with. From advertising our property to keeping us abreast of trends, she was in touch 100% all the way. Karen was always available around the clock to answer all of our questions. She was more than willing to go the extra mile to sell our home. Karen's advice along the way was "spot-on". She provided support all through the closing process. We wouldn't think of using anyone else, the next time we list a home, than Karen Harrison. She's on the top of our list. We wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Karen due to her other reviews online as we didn't live in the area we were selling a house in. Her reviews were excellent and she had a good track record so we thought we'd give her a shot. The reviews were spot on. She is very knowledgeable in the field and is extremely prompt with responses and tasks. I would use her again if I had a house to sell in the Grant area.

ZillowVERIFIED We have had several wonderful experiences with Karen Harrison- purchasing and selling both properties and homes. She is a kind, honest person with outstanding knowledge of the complex world of real estate. She provided an easy path through the process, advising us on all the details in advance. If you are moving to this area from out of town, Karen makes it easy to get established. She introduced us to local bankers, shopping, utility companies and contractors.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen did a wonderful job helping me buy a house! I am a first time home buyer and really had no clue what I was doing. She went over everything with me in detail so I understood it. She also made a lot of calls to the loan agent on my behalf, just because we were having issues with the loan agents. I had to get a second loan agent while buying a house and she was with me all the way through it and made sure the seller's people knew what was going on. She had a lot of patience with me through it all, especially when it was very frustrating with the loan agents. I highly recommend her! My sister plans to buy a house soon, and I have already suggested her to my sister.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Harrison is a hard-working professional; she is diligent, reliable, and a very "personable" individual. I never felt like she was my "agent" but rather a person who I knew I could trust. She took amazing photos of my home, took care of minor issues in the house, and consistently followed up with me providing updates. She handled everything flawlessly. We had absolutely no issues at closing. This was without a doubt my very best home selling experience. I wish Karen was in Houston to act on my behalf for my next home purchase. Highly recommend Karen!!

ZillowVERIFIED After listing our home with another agency for six months and then trying to sell it ourselves for about four months, we were more than pleased when Karen's efforts had our home under contract in less than one month and sold in less than two months. Throughout the process we were extremely impressed with Karen's honesty, professional manner, and her up to the minute communications.

ZillowVERIFIED We lived out of state but were in the process of moving to Alabama. Karen was VERY helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process. She helped to find us properties to look at during two separate visits that fit our specifications and budget. Karen handled all small issues that arose for us and that was extremely helpful with us still living out of state. It was a very smooth process when it could have been very stressful and that was due to Karen's expertise and professionalism. She was always on yop of what was happening. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Harrison is by far the most impressive real estate agent we have ever worked with. Her knowledge, responsiveness and service before, during and after the sale are comparable to none. She worked to help us find the property we wanted at the price we wanted and provided everything and more that we needed to make the transaction smooth. One year after that initial transaction, Karen is again helping us with another investment. We can recommend Karen with the highest degree of confidence.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Harrison listed my gulf-front condominium in Orange Beach, Alabama. I was very impressed with her people skills in dealing with customers in the high-end real estate market, as well as her user friendliness to her clients. She responds specifically to the needs expressed by her clients as opposed to "one size fits all". Clearly superior skills and desire to succeed. Our loss is Guntersville's gain. Very professional!
