I recently relocated to Huntsville and was recommended through a colleague to work with Mike Manosky. I have moved nine times through either the military or work and purchased four homes and sold three. BY FAR my experience working with Mike has been the best. Mikes knowledge of the Huntsville area is un-paralleled. His wisdom in educating a home buyer and discerning what their needs/desires are through intentional listening is what really sets him apart. He was educated on our relocation and transfer benefits and ensured there was not a situation where we left a benefit on the table or overextended our allowances. Mike could have shown us houses he or his agency had listed, but he was looking out for our best interests. He showed us houses we had an interest in or houses he identified that met our specifications always letting us come to our own conclusions without pressure. Mike was patient and actively participated in our home search/buying experience. From multiple inspections to closing, Mike was always there providing insight and ensuring the inspectors were doing what they were supposed to. I would gladly recommend Mike and work with him again. He is a great real estate agent, but even a better person.

Mike and his son Mark were amazing to work with. Even before I moved to Huntsville, when I came down for an interview, Mike took time to show me homes and share helpful resources so I could understand the area and feel prepared. Once I officially moved and was ready to buy, I went straight back to Mike, and he connected me with his son Mark while he was traveling. Mark helped us find our dream home, and when Mike returned, he stepped right back in and supported us through the entire process. They were both full of resources, information, and real knowledge of the market, and I always felt like I could trust their guidance. I highly recommend Mike Manosky, who sold my property in Huntsville despite the current cooling of the sellers market. He helped achieve this due to his experience and knowledge on how to present our house and emphasize its best features. His advice on the selling price and issues to address was accurate, based on his years of experience and had I acted on that advice sooner, I would have sold the house in less time. Mike also has immense patience, which at times was put to the test by my inherent lack of patience. Despite my frustrations common to selling a house, Mike calmly steered me through the choppy waters and the result was a successful sale at a price I was happy with.
