Susan Heller and her team were incredibly unproffesional, unethical, decietful and incompetent. She aggressively sold her services to me and once the contract was signed she was completely unresponsive. It took them several weeks before even taking pictures of my unit and the property description that her team posted was not only poorly written but actually gave a false description. I had to guide her marketing person through a proper description. Her team installed a lockbox in a location which broke my screen door. Her agent was totally clueless and consistently complained about everything and everyone when she should have blamed her own lack of knowlege. We were lucky enough to get a buyer and that is when things really took a turn for the worse with Susan and her team. They posted a Brokers Fee which I never agreed to and then they claimed that I had agreed to it when I signed a contract. After showing them an official copy of my signed contract which did not have initials or a signature on the form that explained the Brokers fee they suddenly came up with their own "signed" version. I dont know how they can get away with what they are doing. They used intimidation tactics forcing me in a position to breach a contract or pay up. I tried to contact their Broker, Maury Dailey who didnt respond to multipe calls and emails. Their lack of customer service and conflict resolution resulted in me almost losing the sale since my deadline was hours from expiring. My title company ended up reducing their fee so that the sale would go through. This review highlights only a few of the despicable problems that Susan Heller and her team caused. To whomever reads this review, save yourself stress and heartache and money and look for a different real estate agency.
