Louise gave us the confidence to actually start bidding on homes. Buying a home in the Bay Area is daunting. They marketed the house widely and held two open houses, a realtor open house, which resulted in us receiving three offers. The buyers wanted to close within 10 days and the Lovewell team acted swiftly to help us through the process, coordinated with the escrow office, removed staging, scheduled minor repairs, etc. We were supported every step of the way.
