I could never had found my perfect first home if it had not been for the help and support I received with Gina Howarth Team ! Gina and Tom were excellent, so knowledgeable, experienced and were always willing to answer ALL of my first timer, rookie buyer questions! Gina was my go-to , top of my call logs at all times during the process. She never took more than 8 hours to respond to my emails or concerns. Super prompt and thorough communication at all times. Her energy was always uplifting and brought me peace through such a nerve-wracking experience--especially during this unprecedented pandemic time. I feel like I have known her for years, that is how trustworthy this team becomes as soon as you begin to work together! it felt as if I was working with a close relative because she made me feel like I was being taken care of and she would always speak up or explain whenever she knew I may be hesistant or unsure of what to ask as open houses or while reading listings etc. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Gina Howarth and her team.
