After working with Kim during the sale of our home, I can most definitely say her outstanding rating is 100% correct & well earned. Kim was a wonderful realtor to work with. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and understanding. Kim was always AVAILABLE. We had lots of questions and situations arise, and she always pointed us in the right direction. Kim would always respond quickly and with detail. It didn't matter if it was a text at 11pm on the weekend, she was sure to respond quickly and walk us through any situation we faced. From the time she came and looked at our home, to then listing our home, she had impeccable attention to detail. The price she suggested was spot on for what we were thinking and hoping for. She knew the exact price to get buyers in the door. Within 30 minutes of our home being listed, we had our first showing. The following 48 hours, we had several showings and multiple offers. She walked us through the offers we were presented, and gave us pros and cons for each. After we accepted the best offer for our situation, she kept us well informed of all steps coming next and what to expect. As road blocks happened during inspections , she held our hand through each step. She was helpful in navigating the issues to help get them fixed and recommend contractors and companies. She kept the entire process on the timeline we had, and followed up frequently to keep us in the loop. All said and done, we had bumps in the road we didn't expect, but managed to still get a great sale on our home, and Kim played such a major part in making it all happen!

Kim is very quick at responding to email and by phone. She has been a pleasure doing business with. December 2013, she prepared a lease for our rental property, it went very well. She was able to answer questions easily, and if she was unsure of a question she got back to me quickly with an answer when she got it(May/June 2014) Kim is once again working with us/guiding us in the right direction. My husband and I are putting another hoouse up for rent. We first thought about selling and she was able to explain the process and answer questions better than the first person I spoke with. Unfortunately, we are going the rental route and want a property manager for this house and she doesn't handle the propery management side, but she was very quick to refer me to someone that does. I can't only hope to do business with Kim in the future. She has been a pleasure to work with thus far.
