ZillowVERIFIED Danielle was awesome. She made sure the items I requested during the process were addressed. There was an issue with the septic inspection. Not an issue for her. All of my real estate needs were met and taken care of in excellent fashion. Strongly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I was coming in new to the area and Danielle was recommended to me by one of her former clients. I could not have been luckier in getting that referral, she has just been a super agent all around. Danielle did a great job listening to and interpreting my needs and priorities for a new home, was generous in sharing her local knowledge, and is the model for excellent Realtor/Client communication.

ZillowVERIFIED Danielle just helped my wife and I buy a house during our relocation to Maryland. She made the experience as if we were there in person. Highly satisfied with how detailed she was when showing us houses. Would recommend Danielle to anyone I know coming into the southern Maryland area.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding Realtor! I would strongly suggest her to anyone looking to buy a home in Southern Maryland. She would answer our questions/texts/emails at all times of the day 7 days a week! Extremely responsive! Most times she was able to show us a home same day we asked her or if not the next day. She ended up finding us our dream home and helped us negotiate a phenomenal deal in a tough market! Couldnt be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Danielle to buy our home in St Marys County several years ago. When we were done renting my husband's old house in Waldorf, we knew who we would use immediately. She was helpful in guiding us towards what local buyers want while we renovated and told us who to call when we needed services like HVAC and final cleaning. When we were done and it hit the market, Danielle was instrumental in getting us above asking, with everything we asked for. If we buy or sell in the area again, we'll for sure call her again! It's the best when your realtor feels like a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Danielle sold my house so quickly! There was even one offer that didn't work out but she put the house back on the market and it showed and sold in a couple days. She even checked in with me while on vacation. Danielle gave me tips on asking price, closing costs, etc. I'm very happy with Danielle's service.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Danielle not just through our experience buying our home but leasing the house we were in before the home we bought! She worked with us all the way from California to Maryland to make sure that we were above to get into a rental property that worked for what we were looking for at the time. So when it came time to buy our home it was not even a question we were going to choose Danielle. She was with us from the beginning!! Danielle was amazing through our whole experience buy our home. She made it less stressful then we expected it to be. She was thorough and available whenever we had any questions day or night. She Would always ask questions to make sure that all the properties we visited had everything or at least almost everything we were looking for. And if we saw a property that was not on her list we just had to mention it and she would find out about it and see if it was available to be viewed. She also made she we understood all the paperwork before we signed anything, she definitely went above and beyond! She made our house hunting experience less stressful and more exciting then we expected. We would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone who is looking to buy or even rent a home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We just moved here from Arizona to Maryland. Danielle was very accommodating to our situation with time change difference and the fact that we could not look at houses in person. She let us do virtual tours when it was late her time. She let us know if she saw things that we wouldn't have been able to see through a video showing (smells, water damage, etc.) Would strongly recommend her to any family or friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Danielle was incredibly supportive and helpful during our entire home-buying process. My husband and I were first time home-buyers and were quite picky on what we wanted in our new home. Danielle was SO understanding and patient with us. She showed us over 20-30 homes, went through 3 house contracts, and went above and beyond the average agent. We would HIGHLY recommend Danielle to anyone and everyone and now consider her to be one of our good friends!!

ZillowVERIFIED Danielle is a really great person to have in your corner when looking to buy or rent a home. She is interested in understanding your needs, your preferences and ensuing you will be happy with your decision. She was responsive from the very beginning, available but not pushy. As she showed me many homes, all very different from each other, she was patient in helping me narrow down my preferences. She didnt mind a lot of phone calls and emails. Her energy, enthusiasm and positive outlook were very encouraging. She then worked hard to help make a quick offer. She helped schedule all of the inspections and showed up for them in my absence. She was key to ensuring the process for closing went smoothly and all paperwork was in order when I showed up for signing everything. She stayed in touch all along the way. As a bonus, she was able to recommend some great local dining and activities. Her local knowledge helped me make a decision that was right for me.
