She is knowledgeable, reliable, and understanding. Kim was always AVAILABLE. We had lots of questions and situations arise, and she always pointed us in the right direction. Kim would always respond quickly and with detail. It didn't matter if it was a text at 11pm on the weekend, she was sure to respond quickly and walk us through any situation we faced. From the time she came and looked at our home, to then listing our home, she had impeccable attention to detail. The price she suggested was spot on for what we were thinking and hoping for. She knew the exact price to get buyers in the door. Within 30 minutes of our home being listed, we had our first showing. The following 48 hours, we had several showings and multiple offers. She walked us through the offers we were presented, and gave us pros and cons for each. After we accepted the best offer for our situation, she kept us well informed of all steps coming next and what to expect. As road blocks happened during inspections , she held our hand through each step. She was helpful in navigating the issues to help get them fixed and recommend contractors and companies. She kept the entire process on the timeline we had, and followed up frequently to keep us in the loop. All said and done, we had bumps in the road we didn't expect, but managed to still get a great sale on our home, and Kim played such a major part in making it all happen!
