Kim did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. She met with us about 6 months in advance and helped guide us in what needed to be done to our 30-year-old house to ready it for sale. Her expertise in the housing market and the geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. Kim also provided guidance and recommendations for repairs and improvements for us to make to the house in order to make it aEURoemove in readyaEUR? which benefited us in the final asking price and very quick sale of the house. Kim was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was friendly, responsive, with regular check-ins, and always gave great advice. Her guidance netted us a final contract above asking price on the house. Since we had moved out of state prior to the sale of the house, Kim aided us by working with local general contractors, cleaning service, and helped with the coordination of work that had to be completed before final closing. Kim was excellent, very responsive to our questions, very knowledgeable of the current market. We would absolutely recommend her to any family or friends looking for an agent. Kim ran comps in our neighborhood to come up with a fair price to sell. Kim was always in contact with us. Our first buyers backed out at the last minute, bur Kim didn't waver, she got our home back on the market and sold in a week. At the end we had several offers on our home and Kim explained every offer to us to decide what offer was best for us. Kim always had our best interest in mind ans was always at the top of her game.
