REMAX 10

Dave & Amal were top shelf. We could not have asked for better people to help us find our new home. We were trying to find a home while not living out of state. The team took videos, handled everything remotely and made the process super simple.

Working with Dave and his team was an absolute pleasure. He made the process of listing our home seamless and efficient. From the start, Dave was easy to communicate with and moved quickly to get our property on the market. Thanks to his team's hard work, my family was able to focus on packing and moving while they handled everything else. Daves in-depth knowledge of the market was invaluable, and it played a key role in helping us sell our home at the price we desired. His negotiation skills were top-notch, ensuring we got the best deal possible. Additionally, he set us up with a fantastic lender and closing attorney, making the entire process even smoother. The marketing efforts were exceptional, and our home sold within just two days of being listed aEUR" all thanks to Dave and his teams expertise. What really stood out to me was how they genuinely put our interests first and went above and beyond to advocate for us throughout the entire process. They're not just a great team of professionals; theyre great people. I would highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
