ZillowVERIFIED Karen did an excellent job representing our home, creating a truly detailed and professional analysis of the area before we put our house on the market and communicated to us all the details necessary for a successful sale of our home. She made sure we knew all the steps being taken from market to offer to acceptance to closing. Every step of the way she was informing us of what we needed to know. Even beyond closing, we helped us with a few nuances of moving away! Being local to Tinley Park, Karen is so familiar with our area and all that is great about living there. But being a lifetime resident of the southwest suburbs is the key to knowing so much about the ENTIRE area that she works within. Her knowledge, coupled with her experience is a true asset when selling a home. Karen is highly recommended by our family!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen sold our condo within 1 weekend (literally 3 days) AND received $6,000 over asking price! She gave amazing advice on how to prep the condo, market analysis, pricing, and other details to ensure the property was aligned properly and the listing was full of detail the buyer wants to know. Karen is very detailed oriented; listens to everything you say and ask; great communication; and follows through on everything. We are extremely happy with hiring her for the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen has a lot of patience, especially in this current market. There were times we pulled up to a house and we knew it was an immediate NO and not once did I feel she was at all mad that that time was wasted. She just kept the positivity and said on to the next one, we will find it don?t worry. (And we did!)

ZillowVERIFIED When I found Karen I had just fired my previous realtor. My other realtor didn't have the experience or knowledge of contracts and caused me to lose another house I was interested in. Everything happens for a reason because I found Karen by accident. I was trying to set up a house tour on my own and the company sent my number to Karen. When she called me we just clicked. She asked me about myself and what I was looking for. This enabled her to find my dream house. Karens knowledge of contracts and professionalism are top notch. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase their dream house.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was amazing start to finish! She gave us tips on what needed to be done prior to putting it up for sale. she sold the house within 48 hours, and helped us every step of the way, and all during the first month of the pandemic when no one knew what was going on!! Karen is a team player and stepped up, getting all involved when our buyer' s lender stalled closing on 4 different occasions. She worked tirelessly with our lawyer, lender, and agent in Colorado to make sure the deal closed in Illinois, so we did not lose our house in Colorado! We cannot thank her enough for her support and dedication!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was amazing from the moment we connected on Zillow. I was looking for homes on New Year's Day and clicked I wanted to see a property and she responded within minutes. Yes, I said minutes on a holiday. She was dedicated to me from that moment to help me find a home and guess what she did. The first place she showed me, I fell in love and put in an offer and closed 30 days later. I know not all stories will go as mine did, but I'm glad Karen was the one to go through this with me from start to finish... Thank you Karen....

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was wonderful to work with. We listed our house with her and we were under contract 3 days later. She was understanding of our situation and walked us through the process of preparing our home. She helped to make what would normally be a very stressful situation much more manageable. Karen recommended professional handymen to help us get our house ready for listing. She also gave us good advice for staging our home and pricing it accurately. She provided a professional photographer to take photos, which helped a lot in generating showings that ultimately led to multiple offers and a quick sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was a savior for us. She was able to sell our house in one day when we hired her on. After an exhaustive process with a different realtor we had little hope, but Karen came in with a winning attitude and contagious optimism. She made us feel like our home mattered and throughout the sale she held to that. Karen kept us informed about the process, recommended services to us, and even found us an amazing realtor in Florida! She went above and beyond. Truly Karen is the best realtor we could have ever hoped to have sell our home. If you pick her, which my whole family recommends(including our puppy that simple adored her), you will have the opportunity to have someone who has your best interest at heart and that is priceless.
