He took the time to give me excellent advice about the property even before the formal listing, so I could get the best price we could (regarding remodeling tips etc). Great communicator with frequent check ins even prior to listing ,and very active pre listing advertising on social media networks . You can tell he genuinely cares for his clients and wants them to have the best experience. In the end we got a great purchase price! It far exceeded our expectations!
