Its hard to fully describe the feeling of finally walking into your dream home, keys in hand, and knowing that it is yours. Troy made this a reality for our family. Troy brought us through the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new one, dedicating countless hours in showings, texts at random hours, advice and guidance. He was ready to jump and show us a new home when time was short. He was never afraid to give us honest advice both in preparing our home for sale, and in the search for a new one. He is highly knowledgeable about the market, writing successful offers, negotiations and repair. He can negotiate the trickiest real estate situations with professionalism and ease. Through it all he maintained a friendly, welcoming demeanor and was always ready on the most difficult days of this process. His smile when we were at our most stressed helped get us through. We cannot fully thank him for making this dream a reality.

No idea why there is only 10 other person reviewing Brandon baker. He is literally the guy you want if you are selling, buying or doing anything in the real estate market in Wichita. He is hands down the best. He help us buy our first home and then in a year sell it ( I know not a smart idea in my end but its a long story and we made the decision for our family) He and his time went above and beyond in the buying and selling process. We had our home listed for 9 days before having an offer!! Yes 9 days, if that doesnt tell you that this man knows the market idk what will. In short, hire Brandon you wont go wrong. I know if I had to do any real estate business in the Wichita area, he would be my one and only call.

Zahni was so fantastic! My husband and I were working on moving to a new state, which is a hugely stressful experience. But Zahni was so helpful. She was more than willing to coordinate video tours of homes with our busy schedules. And helped us with in person tours when we could make it out to view homes. But a huge thing I appreciated was she was honest about her perspective on the houses. At no point did we feel like we were being pitched a home just to make a sale. She would point out concerns she had for our lifestyle or highlighted possible maintenance needs. Lastly, we had some serious issues with our loan lender and Zahni had our back. She was super attentive to advocate for our needs (even though it wasn't in her control) and make sure the situation was corrected quickly. Because of her attentiveness and genuine personality we ended up buying a home we love!

Tamra was always extremely responsive in setting up showings and helping us find what we were looking for in a home. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the process every step of the way and answered all our questions. She was patient as we took time to find a house that was the right fit for us while providing numerous options in and around the area we were wanting to locate in. Once we found the home, her guidance led us to securing the winning bid for our house and the best outcome possible. Throughout the closing process and even after Tamra has looked out for us and made sure we have everything taken care of. She also had great recommendations of companies for all of our house and loan needs.
