Its hard to fully describe the feeling of finally walking into your dream home, keys in hand, and knowing that it is yours. Troy made this a reality for our family. Troy brought us through the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new one, dedicating countless hours in showings, texts at random hours, advice and guidance. He was ready to jump and show us a new home when time was short. He was never afraid to give us honest advice both in preparing our home for sale, and in the search for a new one. Tim may start out as just your realtor but the way he works for you makes him seem like family. He did things Ive never had a realtor do, like come in and do a video to advertise my home and give me so much advice with the prep to put it on the market. The video he made was so amazing I was questioning why I was selling! He answered my questions day or night and got me ABOVE my asking price.
