Shane is so very professional and an expert in real estate both residential and commercial in his geographic areas. He has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect, i.e. facilitating tax lot splitting for a newly built duplex including the separation of legal descriptions in a timely manner, working out details when closing is delayed due to the other party so that no one is temporarily displaced, negotiating deals so that his represented party is thrilled with the deal, attention to detail such as setting up a new garage code immediately at possession, and just plain being kind, considerate and readily available to assist. Communication is fast and efficient and he uses technology to its fullest to make the deal stressless. He is a blessing at an otherwise stressful time when moving. I have known Troy for many years. We both went to the same high school (during different years), played tennis, and music. When I reconnected with him recently, I was excited to hear that he focused his career on real estate. Ever since I was young, my dream was always to have a house on the water. When I let Troy know what I was looking for, he was quick to start what would be a 6-month house hunting journey. Troy knew my aEURoetype,aEUR? and showed me every house I asked him to see, some of them multiple times, whether it was a holiday, a school night, or through icy roads on the highway. Shane was great from the start! He reached out to me when he knew that I had a home to sell. When I met with him for the first time, I didn't feel any push from him to make any decisions. He was respectful and honest with all that he had to share with my wife and I. Shane was very knowledgeable of the area of not only my home, but all surrounding areas. If there was ever a questions that he didn't have the answer to, he was quick to figure it out and get right back to me. Shane was almost always available. Day or night. Anytime I couldn't reach him, it was only a brief time before he got back to me. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Shane helped ease a lot of that stress with his constant communication. Shane was very confident in his work, effort, and abilities to sell a house. He worked great with other agents in trying to sell our home. After several showings of our house in just a couple of weeks, Shane was able to put us in a position to get a great deal selling it, with offers from multiple buyers.
