Its exactly what a realtor should do and what a seller needs. I also truly appreciate her listing agreement is not 30 pages long, but more like 4 pages. It is clear, comprehensive, and fair to both parties. How often do you encounter that type of unabashed honestly and forthrightness in todays business world. It is like a breath of fresh air. I was unsure of how this whole house buying process went as this was my first time doing it and I was worried about finding the right realtor. So I decided to meet with Tamra. I was nervous and my mom told me, Just meet her. And if you dont like her then you can always go with someone else! But the moment I met Tamra I knew she was the one! She was really nice, professional, listened to my wants and needs and asked questions like she was actually interested. My sister, an old neighbor and friend were also in the process of buying a house the same time I was and they just told me nothing but horror stories from their realtor! But I had nothing but good things to say about Tamra! She responded quickly to my texts, answered my calls right away, and when I put in my first offer I kept asking her how it worked and what if this happens? ... or what happens now? ... or can you explain the closing cost part again? And she was more than willing to keep explaining until I got it. She never pressured me to buy anything, she was always positive about me finding the right house and was very available if I needed her to look at a house asap. I realize this is how any good realtor should be, but I know a few people that actually had a rude, unprofessional realtor.
