Realty One Group Orca

I truly cannot say enough good things about Mara! If youre looking for a real estate agent, look no further. She is hands down one of the best out there! Mara helped us purchase our home and went above and beyond every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. When it came time for inspections, she went through the entire report with us, explained what everything meant, and helped us figure out the best way to move forward. We were also in a multiple-offer situation, and we weren't even the highest offer. But because of Mara's knowledge, experience, and ability to put together a strong offer, we got the house! That alone speaks volumes about the kind of agent she is. Buying a home is a huge decision, and having someone who genuinely cares about your best interests makes all the difference. Mara didn't just help us buy a house, she made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. I would recommend her a thousand times over and wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

As a first time homebuyer, I was very grateful to work with Celine. Thanks to her, me and my partner were able to focus on the joy of becoming homeowners and set aside the stress of dealing with unknowns. We were especially appreciative of the many industry contacts Celine had, saving us the time of researching respectable companies. I would absolutely recommend her to those looking for their next home in the greater North Seattle area.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home with Mara. From day one, her knowledge of the local market and prep advice set us up for success. She marketed the property brilliantly, communicated with us every step of the way, and handled every hurdle smoothly through closing. If you are looking for an agent who is hard-working, honest, and truly has your back, call Mara!!!

As first time homebuyers, we were extremely lucky to work with Celine Williams. She was available throughout the process, answering our many questions and providing expert advice as we narrowed down what defined our dream home. She also has connections to experts in relevant fields, which streamlined the many tasks before and after a home purchase. We gave Celine a timeline, location (Greater North Seattle area), and basic description of what we were looking for and are now in the forever home of our dreams! We would highly recommend her as she is friendly, experienced, and responds quickly and professionally.
