ZillowVERIFIED Since 2003 Tasha Currie has been our realtor. We call her our family realtor because she has helped all of us get into our own homes. My oldest son, Michael 28 (at the time) bought his first home close to Bangor Washington, my youngest, 22 (at his purchase date) bought his house in Arlington Washington. And she has helped us move from one house in 2008 to a renter and then into a much larger property in 2009. After many years with an empty nest and too much property to maintain, in 2017 she was able to assist in hopefully our last move with just enough property to maintain, room for the kids when they visit and a room for my mother. Though our first house, Tasha didnt help us move into, she did help us move out and that is where our relationship started. She didnt like the color, didnt like the floors, and with me she didnt like the location. But through her winning me over, we sold the first house and made a small profit (motivated to sell). The renter we wanted but the owner didnt want to budge (funny thing, after 6 more months on the market - he sold it for the amount we were offering). This last move was a great move and we all made a great deal of profit. We are still finishing the moving project, moving from 3700 sq ft to 2150 is hard to do without getting rid of something and my mom is trying to let go, along with my wife. We will get both trucks in the garage one day. Tasha has not steered us wrong yet and is open minded to our needs. She will tell you if your stuff smells bad, but that is what you want, honesty, fairness and trustworthiness to ensure you are getting the best deal possible for you and your family. ZillowVERIFIED When I first thought about selling my house I contacted Tasha Currie. She walked through my house and made a list of everything she thought I could do to make the house sell faster. The list was mostly simple things like painting and changing light fixtures. The kitchen floor needed new linoleum. Tasha went to Unique interiors and picked out the new flooring for me. I had it installed the next week. When I had completed the list she had given me she put it on the market and the house sold in 4 days for full-price! Tasha stayed in close contact with me from the very beginning until the closing date. Great job Tasha Currie!

At each home we looked at she was quick to pick up on what did or didnt suit my needs in the home. One of the homes we looked at already had multiple offers pending and Tasha convinced the agent to give us a chance to look at the home before they decided on one. I loved the home and Tasha was able to get my offer completed and to the other agent that afternoon.
