Mary Kathryn hands down is the BEST in the biz! We were first time home buyers and made contact with her before we were even ready to buy. We had heard only AMAZING things about her so we knew she was who we wanted to work with and didnt want to miss out bc lemme tell you this woman hustles and hustles HARD! She was so genuine and listened to our needs even when we were in the wishlist process. It was over a year before we made the decision get serious and Mary Kathryn was so patient, and kind the whole time. She never made us feel on the back burner bc we werent ready, she respected our timeline and when we gave the green light, she was a rockstar! We purchased our home in the beginning of the crazy market and missed out on a few but Mary Kathryn never let us get discouraged and ALWAYS stayed hustling and worked so hard for us!
