Working with Josh and Sean was honestly one of the smoothest experiences Ive had. Josh was my realtor, and even though we were already friends going into this, he still completely exceeded my expectations. He was always on top of everything, quick to respond, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He gave honest input when I needed it, never pressured me, and genuinely had my best interest the entire time. It felt like having someone in my corner from start to finish. Sean, my lender, was just as great. He was super responsive, broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me quickly and kept everything moving without delays. Overall, the whole process felt way easier than I expected, and thats 100% because of these two.
