William Holder is a full-time REALTOR(R), broker, and team leader of The William Holder Realty Team -- a top-producing group of 18+ agents and 5 full-time staff members serving the Greater Philadelphia region. Based in Delaware County, PA and a proud resident of Swarthmore, Will brings over a decade of hands-on experience and deep local knowledge to every client relationship. Over the past 10+ years, our team has personally closed more than 1,000 transactions and sold over $250 million in real estate.
