Review I worked with Jane and Vince for about 18 months, looking for a new home for my family and then selling our current home. I've dealt with many realtors over the years with mixed experiences, but Jane and Vince are by far the best I've met. They are professional with deep knowledge of their markets and the laws and regulations of multiple states (I bought in PA and sold in DE). But the best part of working with them is that I never felt rushed or pressured. There were periods where we were seeing 4 houses a day. Jane always gave her honest opinion and I could tell she was genuinely thinking about what was best for me and my family. We saw several "good" properties and several "ok I could work with this properties", properties that needed renovation (which I like) and properties that were pristine move-in ready, at the low end and high end of my budget, but buying a house, especially your "forever" house, should feel as right as finding the love of your life. Finally as suddenly as meeting "the one", a listing appeared on a Saturday and we went to see it immediately Sunday morning, and by Sunday afternoon I'd submitted an offer, and wouldn't you know the house had also gotten another offer! This is the situation where a pro really matters and Jane got it done and by Monday night I was under contract. We've moved into the new house and it truly is our dream house. And our old house is now sold, and a new chapter has opened for my family and me. I'm so thankful for the hard work and care I received from Jane and Vince. Going forward they are the only realtors I will call. Of course, I hope I'm not in the market again for very long time- maybe next time will be for my kids as they start their own life adventures!

Review My wife and I could not have had a better experience with The Cyr Team. We went out on our own to look at houses, and Vince was showing one of the places we happened to walk through. We got a good vibe and got his card. We met with another agent as well, and we felt that Vince and Jane were a much better fit for us. They had a great presentation where they outlined all of their services and what to expect: specifically tailored to our budget, the locations we were looking, and our wants and needs for our new home. They covered everything we could have possibly wanted to know and more, including things to be aware of if and when we were to resell, and more than I ever thought I'd learn about septic system design, costs, care and replacement. It was thorough, and they had comprehensive answers to every one of our questions. We went though a ton of houses on the online portal Vince set up for us, and ended up seeing seven places one Saturday. There was an obvious best choice, and we started to work on an offer. I can see how that process could go off the rails, but Vince's knowledge of the area, the other parties involved, and general experience with these negotiations resulted in an initial offer that we were happy with and that was accepted almost immediately. The inspections and post-inspection negotiation were equally smooth, with Vince tolerating my mega-emails and answering each and every one of our questions and concerns to our complete satisfaction. He conveyed our questions to the sellers immediately, and their responses were returned to us with the same haste. I am a detail oriented guy, but Vince seems to have some sort of superpowers when it came to attention to detail. He made sure every single aspect of the process was going to plan, including our inspections, the sellers' repairs, and the status of our loan application, all the while taking every opportunity to show us around the area and educate us on what to expect with our new home. I am not trying to make him out to be a robot - he was personable and fun to spend time with while waiting around for inspectors, and speaking on the phone. His easygoing personality is what made us ask for his card when we weren't even looking for an agent. We were lucky to be dealing with accommodating sellers as well, but I have every confidence that Vince and Jane could have handled the stickiest of deals, making them as painless as possible for all involved. For our specific case, I could hardly imagine this process going any more smoothly. At no point did we have any reason to be anxious about anything. I am still surprised at his part in making such major decisions be virtually stress-free. I didn't even know they had 70+ 5-star ratings before I started writing this review but it is no surprise. Personable, attentive, educational, responsible, and ice cold when it counts - we are very grateful to have bumped into such a stellar agent. Fifty stars, and our sincere gratitude for Vice and Jane Cyr.

Review My husband and I were setting out to find our first house at the end of 2017. We began interviewing realtors because we knew we had to make sure we found the perfect one. We met with Vince and he blew the other 5 realtors we had interviewed out of the water. Our initial meeting was nearly 2 hours long & he taught us so much about buying a home before we even said "yes we want to work with you." We learned new things every time we met with Vince. He was a superb educator and guide throughout the process. When going to see houses, he walked through with us and practically did a mini-inspection, pointing out everything from questionable things to things that were well-maintained. It's very easy to get in contact with him - emails, calls, texts - he always answers or gets back to you very promptly. You're never left wondering what's next or what's going on. Vince went above and beyond our expectations, pulling out all the stops & calling on his connections to get our settlement done because the seller's agent was less-than-stellar. Even within that "what's going to happen" time (which wasn't long), Vince kept us in the loop with multiple updates while he & his team got what needed to be done completed.

Review We just purchase our first home by working with Vince. From the moment we first met, Vince took the time to completely explain the entire process of buying a home. We first met to discuss what we wanted in a home, and Vince catered exactly to that. We had access to the MLS and could monitor the moment a home we wanted came on the market and would see all the available information. If it was a home we were interested in, Vince got us all the accessory information within hours or even minutes. When we did visit homes, since we had never owned a home, Vince was there pointing out all the positive notes, and things to be aware of so that we didn't get dooped by a house that might look good, but had appreciable flaws in the bones of the house. He watched over us throughout this process and we trusted him completely to steer us in the right direction! Nothing was more comforting than knowing our agent was not trying to sell us any house, but our perfect house. Because homes were selling fast at the time we were buying, Vince was always on top of things to get us a showing ASAP, sometimes same day!, so we never missed an opportunity to see a house. He answered our emails, texts, and calls- day or night- to answer any and all of the questions we had no matter how simple or complicated. He completely walked us through all the complicated paperwork so we felt comfortable that we weren't signing things that we didn't fully understand. Buying a home is a big stressful process, yet Vince made it easier and we wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else.

Vincent Cyr is, by far, hands down, the best realtor I have ever worked with. Vince helped my brothers and me to convince our 94 year old mother, who was most reluctant, to sell her home and go into an Assisted Living residence. It was Vince's non-threatening, warm and friendly demeanor that allowed her to put her cherished house in his hands to sell. Vince showed patience and compassion in convincing our mother to make this move, and continued to be supportive to our family throughout this terribly emotionally challenging time. Vince returned calls promptly, respected and understood our need to protect my mother's small income, and negotiated a fair and comfortable settlement for all parties involved. Review My husband and I were first time home buyers. Vince was very helpful and knowledgeable in teaching us the buying process. He met with us and explained the whole buying process. He helped us in establishing realistic search criteria. As we got into the process of looking at homes, we quickly realized that getting pre-approved for the home that we wanted was going to be very difficult especially with our student loan debt holding us back. We had trouble getting pre-approved for a home that was worth buying. Vince guided us to another lender that helped us in getting pre-approved for something worth while. We were grateful for his guidance and resourcefulness. When it came time to make an offer, Vince's suggestions for the offer and counter-offer were exactly spot on! His predictions during the negotiations proved to be correct. Now that we are in our home, Vince is there has been eager to answer follow up questions and minor things that needed to be addressed after closing. Vince continues to be available and helpful even though the sale has been made. He values his clients and truly wishes to maintain a long relationship with his clients after the sale.

He is knowledgeable about the process, was creative on the bargaining end, he created a timeline and schedule for us on both ends to keep us focused and on track, and he was so responsive he made me feel like we were his only client.
